...forces us to stay home this weekend. Mt. Washington's Upper Summit Forecast predicts wind chills of -70 (!) and wind speeds of up to 85 miles per hour. High temperatures might be in the negative teens. In addition, there's a new foot of unconsolidated snow up there.
